UPDATE!  The Gainesville Neighborhood Library will re-open Wednesday, September 17, for regular hours.
Effective immediately, the Gainesville Neighborhood Library will be closed for several weeks for maintenance on the well.  
All items normally held for patrons at Gainesville will be available for pickup at the Bull Run Regional Library beginning Thursday afternoon, September 11.  
The book drop at Gainesville Neighborhood Library will be locked while the building is closed.  Items for return may be dropped off at any Prince William Public Library location other than Gainesville.

Starting Sunday, September 7 all full-service LibrariesBull Run Regional, Central Community, Chinn Park Regional and Potomac Communitywill be open Sundays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

Summer Quest and Wild Reads Have Ended!

We hope you enjoyed this year’s reading program, PAWS to Read, and that you attended some of the wonderful free programs we had for children, teens and adults this summer. Students in Prince William County Schools may get extra credit for doing their summer reading. Be sure to print out your reading log before the end of September (or ask us to do it for you at any library) and take it back to school this fall so your teacher can see all the great books you read over the summer break.

You can add books to your log through August 31st and print out your log through September 30th.

McCoart Book Drop

​A new library book drop for your convenience has been installed at the McCoart County Complex. This book drop replaces a previous book drop that was damaged and leaking.
