Demographics On Jan. 1, 2009, the Finance Department took over management of the County's demographic information service. This includes maintenance of the County's Standard Data Set, publication of the Quarterly Demographic Fact Sheet and responsibility for all inquiries regarding Prince William County demographics. Beginning, with the 1st Quarter 2010, the Prince William Demographic Fact Sheet and the Prince William County Economic Indicators Newsletter have been combined in a single publication called the Prince William Report. Home Help The Home Help Program is an employee benefit that provides an incentive for home ownership in the County to police, fire, schools and other County employees that live outside the County or currently rent. As part of the program, SunTrust Mortgage will provide benefits to the employee borrower that includes credits that can be used for interest rate reductions and/or closing costs. Update Open season for the County's 2010 Home Help Program begins May 8, 2010. Home Help workshops will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Prince William Area Housing Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dr. A.J. Ferlazzo Building. Workshops will be held at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to explain the program; and employees will have the opportunity to apply for the program while they are there. The Housing Fair will also include free credit reports and interpretation and features more than 30 exhibitors from the housing industry.
